We had an wonderful experience at lavana hotel. Staff was super helpful helping us solving a problem with taxi payment. Room was pleasant, very clean and with comfortable bed.

Walked from Batu Caves. Clean, quiet, wifi. Eĺevator. Helpful desk people. Food, coffee from 7-11 next door. Hotel contacted driver and car to Kuala Lumpur in the morning. Lavana Hotel checks all the boxes.

Close to 7 11. Easy to park and check in . Close to Batu caves. Staff all lovely

Only 1 tiny windows and no screen. Open shower wet everything.

Arriving at the lobby, air-conditioning was not on its stuffy inside. Shower heater not working, had to have cold bath.

The money value and room and the area.

The noise from the roadside kept me awake

The staff called requesting for advance was rude when discussing about the advance payment. However the onsite staff was friendly and helpful. At first I was cancelled due to the rude call, but later when I called again a different staff talked politely.

Place are very clean and room its quite a bit larger than we expected

Place such as restaurant are too far/a bit far from the place only kfc nearest, and as for parking is first come first serve method.

The mattress on the floor is great although I prefer if there was a bed (for easy standing up). The towels were great - keep that little thing going as a reward to my brief stay.

The shower hook was broken. I didn’t like the idea of no separation between the shower and toilet. Water was everywhere (resulting to slippery floors).

The night shift staff was being too rude and unfriendly.Welcome guest with no smile at all.i rate this staff as below 0,if the management not believe this you can review the cctv around 330am 3/7/23.Kindly improve the staff customer skill

A very good staycation at this hotel. This has been my 3rd time staying there.

It would be best if the hotel can provide coffee or tea in each hotel room and add more tv channels.

toilet is clean.

there are so many rules given...so noisy. you can hear others guests walking & chatting outside your room.

Receptionists were nice

Bugs in the room, also there was no hairdryer.

KFC right in corner , 7 eleven is in-front of hotel. next to hotel they have a small stall for meal and at the corner u will have KFC but its not 24hrs if not mistake. cross the road, u can get 99 Speedmart. Compare to 2020 year The management manage to control the Pest control.

at the moment none, as this is my yearly stay place if i visit Batu Caves. Easy to travel everywhere. SO NO COMMENT ON THIS MATTER. Brovo to Lavana !
